We develop workforce plans for near-term requirements as well as strategic plans that optimize the application of human capital.  Successful workforce plans ensure that our clients have the right level of human resources in the right place at the right time.  Our workforce plans typically cover five or ten year time spans.


Organizational Realignment


Through the analysis of organizational design, layers of management, spans of control, and the alignment of functions, we develop new organizational models that optimize our clients' management approach, and improve organizational communications.


Cultural Assessments


We quantitatively assess client culture in 12 areas to help our clients improve overall organizational effectiveness.  The 12 areas include mission clarity, standardization, empowered employees, high integrity workplace, strong trust relationships, effective leadership, effective systems and processes, responsiveness to internal customers, effective communications, emphasis on recruiting and retaining the best employees, degree of adaptability, and degree of accountability.

Staffing Benchmarking

By applying current industry databases,
we identify appropriate staffing benchmarks for our clients, providing appropriate comparisons, developing models as required, and offering conclusions for improvement opportunities.

Process Evaluations & Redesign


We conduct process evaluations to help our clients realize opportunities that improve both effectiveness and efficiency.  We conduct these analyses in conjunction with staffing and organizational analyses, and as independent, focused engagements, in the areas of operations, maintenance, engineering, work control, quality assurance, and information management.
